TikTok’s Indian alternative Chingari app crosses 10M downloads on Play Store

Indian short-video making app Chingari has crossed 10 million downloads after the Indian government baned 59 Chinese apps on Google Play Store, including TikTok. Sumit Ghosh, Co-Founder of the Bengaluru-based Chingari App, has shared the stats of the video app’s performance in a day. Ghosh revealed that over 148 million videos have been watched on Chingari yesterday and 3.6 million videos have been liked. Chingari app is close to garner 11 million users so far.
