Samsung launches Galaxy Watch Active2 4G, first ‘Made in India’ smartwatch

Samsung has launched its new Galaxy Watch Active2 4G smartwatch in India. The new Galaxy Watch Active2 is the company’s first ‘Made in India’ smartwatch. It is available in three variants – Cloud Silver, Aqua Black and Pink Gold. The price of Galaxy Watch Active2 is slated at Rs.28,490 and its first sale will start in India from July 11. In terms of specs, it has a 1.4-inch 360×360 AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass DX+. The smartwatch is powered by the Tizen operating system. It has an embedded SIM that supports 4G LTE, with connectivity of BT v5.0, WiFi: 802.11 b/g/n 2.4GHz, NFC, GPS & Glonass. Galaxy Watch Active2 will be available in Samsung Opera House, Samsung Website and E-commerce sites.
