Royal Enfield opens first assembly plant in Argentina

Indian Motorcycle giant Royal Enfield is planning to grow its sales in the global market as on Wednesday, the company announced its first assembly plant in Argentina. RE has partnered with the Grupo Simpa company to set up a new assembly plant outside India. This time the bikes will be assembled and produced outside its home site, Chennai. President of Argentina, Alberto Fernández also attended the announcement event. Earlier, both the companies had tied up in 2018 to set up their first store in Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires.
