Indian carmaker giant Mahindra and Mahindra has launched a new BS6 Supro Ambulance amid COVID-19 crisis in India. The ambulance will be available in two variants LX and ZX. To fight against COVID-19, the company has manufactured the first batch of the vehicles exclusively for Maharashtra state government. The new Mahindra Supro Ambulance is a fully-loaded essential vehicle with foldable stretcher cum trolley, medical kit box and fire extinguisher. Along with this, it has internal lighting, flame-resistant interiors and an announcement system. Mahindra has equipped the vehicle with AIS 125 certified retro-reflective decals, 75% frosted windows, with a siren. Mahindra Supro Ambulance‘s price is slated at ₹6.94 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai).
