On Friday, the Delhi Government, led by CM Arvind Kejriwal decided to keep all schools shut in the national capital until October 5. The new announcement has put an end to the previous decision of partial reopening of schools in Delhi during Unlock 4. Earlier, the state government had decided to reopen schools from standard 9 to 12 from September 21. Delhi’s Directorate of Education (DoE) reported that online classes and teaching-learning activities will continue as usual. This decision comes after the continuous rise in COVID-19 cases in Delhi.
