Maharashtra: Total COVID-19 cases cross 1.86 lakh-mark

Maharashtra witnessed the biggest spike of 6,330 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, according to the Union Health Ministry. The total number of COVID-19 positive cases in Maharashtra has crossed the 1.86 lakh-mark with 1,86,626 cases. The death toll in the state now stands at 8,178. Among the total cases, 1,01,172 patients have recovered so far. Mumbai has recorded 80,699 positive cases and 4,689 deaths. The number of total COVID-19 cases in the country is 6,25,544 with 18,213 deaths.
