IMD predict rains in Bengal amid Durga Puja

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted rainfall in Kolkata and other parts of West Bengal amid the state’s biggest festival Durga Puja. IMD also predicted increase in rainfall from October 21 and more rain between October 22 and 24.IMD’s Regional Weather Forecasting Centre in Kolkata has shared this information. Durga Puja is celebrated from October 23 to October 26, but the festivities are expected to start from October 19.
