Goa government makes 5-day quarantine mandatory for travelers from Kerala

5-day quarantine has been made mandatory for travelers from Kerala in Goa. The Goa government has taken this decision in view of the increasing cases of coronavirus in Kerala. The quarantine has been made mandatory, especially for students and those coming from Kerala for work purpose. Then after five days of quarantine, they would be subjected to RT-PCR test. On Sunday, the Goa administration has extended the statewide curfew till September 20 while continuing the ban on several activities including casinos. The 24-hour curfew was first imposed in the state on May 9 this year and has been extended regularly since then.
