The Supreme Court today dismissed the petition of Ajit Mohan, Vice President of Facebook India. In this petition, the summons issued against Mohan by the Delhi Legislative Assembly Committee in the Delhi riots case was challenged. A bench of Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Justice Dinesh Maheshwari and Justice Hrishikesh Rai had reserved its decision on February 24.
