Delhi surpasses Tamil Nadu’s total COVID-19 cases, tally close to 60,000-mark

Delhi recorded 3,630 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours. Delhi has surpassed Tamil Nadu to become the second worst-hit state of COVID-19. Its total number of cases are inching closer to the 60,000-mark with 59,746 cases. Among the total cases, 2,175 have died and 31,294 patients have recovered so far. The total number of COVID-19 positive cases in India has reached 4.25 lakh-mark with 425,282 cases and 13,699 deaths. Maharashtra still remains the worst-affected state in the country with 132,075 cases and 6,170 deaths.
