Purview of the growing infection cases of COVID-19 and increasing air pollution in the country’s capital Delhi, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had called a meeting today to take stock of the situation and decide necessary measures. Chief Health Secretary, Health Officers and all the District Magistrates took part in the review meeting. After which, CM Kejriwal announced the complete ban on burning of any type of firecrackers in the capital. This ban will be applicable from November 7 to November 30.
