Delhi: COVID-19 total cases close to 90,000 with death toll at 2,803

Delhi recorded 2,442 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours. The national capital has the third-highest number of COVID-19 cases in the country, with the tally nearing the 90,000-mark with 89,802 positive cases. Among the total cases, 2,803 patients have died and 59,992 have recovered. The total number of COVID-19 positive cases in India has reached 6 lakh-mark with 6,04,641 cases and 17,834 deaths. Maharashtra still remains the worst-affected state in the country with 1,80,298 cases and 8,053 deaths.
