Delhi: COVID-19 case tally reaches 66,000-mark with 2,301 deaths

Delhi recorded 3,947 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours. The national capital has surpassed Tamil Nadu to become the second worst-hit state of COVID-19. Its total number of cases has crossed the 66,000-mark with 66,602 cases. Among the total cases, 2,301 have died and 39,313 patients have recovered so far. The total number of COVID-19 positive cases in India has reached the 4.56 lakh-mark with 4,56,183 cases and 14,476 deaths. Maharashtra still remains the worst-affected state in the country with 1,39,010 cases and 6,531 deaths.
