Delhi: 131 COVID-19 patients died in one day, 7,486 new cases registered

The increasing number of Coronavirus infection cases in the national capital Delhi has become a threat. On Wednesday, 131 patients died of COVID-19 in Delhi. This is the highest ever number of deaths from COVID-19 in a single day. While, 7,486 new cases were registered. With this, the total cases of infection in Delhi has reached 5,03,084 cases, while the death toll stands at 7,943. According to the Health Department of Delhi, these new cases of COVID-19 came out a day ago by testing of 62,232 samples. The current rate of infection in Delhi is 12.03%. Currently, 42,458 COVID-19 patients are undergoing treatment in the city.
