CM of Goa, Pramod Sawant tests positive for COVID-19

On Wednesday, Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant tested positive for COVID-19 infection. He is asymptomatic and currently under home isolation. Dr. Pramod Sawant shared this information on his Twitter handle. He wrote: “I wish to inform all that I have been detected COVID19 positive. I am asymptomatic and hence have opted for home isolation. I shall continue to discharge my duties working from home”. He urged the people who came in close contact with him recently to take necessary precautions.
