The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has filed another fresh affidavit against actress Kangana Ranaut‘s plea to Bombay High Court. The new affidavit of BMC challenges the plea of the actress for the demolition of her office. She had sought a compensation of Rs.2 crore for the damages. It said that Kangana Ranaut has approached the court with “unclean hands” and has “suppressed true facts and isn’t liable for any relief”. Earlier, the civic body had submitted an affidavit to the court in which she has unlawfully made substantial alterations and additions to the property, contrary to the sanctioned building plan, and termed her allegations against it as “baseless”.
