India’s star badminton player PV Sindhu had to face defeat in the semi-final match of Tokyo Olympics 2020. However, even after this defeat, her chances of winning a medal are still intact. On Saturday, PV Sindhu lost to world number one Tai Tzu-Ying in the semi-final match. Ying won by 21–18 and 21–12 in two consecutive games to advance to the final. Now on Sunday, Sindhu will play her match for the bronze medal. She had won silver medal in Rio Olympics 2016. PV Sidhu’s journey to the semi-finals of the Tokyo Olympics was spectacular as she had not lost a single game before the semi-final.
