Ind vs Eng 4th Test: India stops England at 205 in first innings

The last match of the 4-match Test series between India and England is being played at the Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium. Skipper Joe Root won the toss and decided to bat first. England were all out for 205 in the first innings with Ben Stokes scoring the highest score of 55 runs. India had scored 24 runs for 1 wicket by the end of the day’s play. Rohit Sharma was on 8 while Cheteshwar Pujara was playing for 15 runs. Opener Shubman Gill was dismissed by James Anderson a 0. Spinner Axar Patel took four wickets for 68 runs while Ravichandran Ashwin took three wickets for 47 runs. Fast bowler Mohammed Siraj got two and Washington Sundar got one wicket.
