Ind vs Aus 4th Test: Australia at 274 for 5 wickets after first day’s play

The final match of the four-match Test series between India and Australia is being played at the Brisbane Cricket Stadium in Brisbane. Australia won the toss and decided to bat first and by the end of the first day, Australia had scored 274 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 87 overs. Cameron Green (28*) and Tim Paine (38*) will continue batting tomorrow. Australia’s openers David Warner and Marcus Harris were dismissed early by Mohammed Siraj and Shardul Thakur respectively. Then Washington Sundar dismissed Steve Smith at 36. Australia got the fourth blow in the form of Matthew Wade who lost his wicket at 45 runs, caught by Shardul Thakur off T Natarajan. Marnus Labuschagne was caught out by Rishabh Pant off T Natarajan after playing a brilliant innings of 108 runs.
