Rahul Gandhi attacks Centre over Pegasus spyware reports

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has targeted the Centre over the Pegasus spyware reports of some media companies. Talking to reporters at Vijay Chowk near Parliament House, Rahul Gandhi said, “Pegasus is classified as a weapon by the Israeli state and that weapon is supposed to be used against terrorists. The Prime Minister and the Home Minister have used it against the Indian state and our institutions.” He demanded investigation into the matter and the resignation of the PM and the Home Minister. Rahul Gandhi’s contact number has also been found in the list of people who were allegedly spied upon through this Pegasus spyware.
