Rahul Gandhi arrives at Parliament on tractor to protest against agricultural laws

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi drove a tractor to reach the Parliament on Monday to protest against the agricultural laws imposed by the government. Talking to the media, Rahul said, “They (Govt) are suppressing voices of farmers and not letting a discussion take place in Parliament. They’ll have to repeal these black laws. The entire country knows these laws favour 2-3 big businessmen.” The Monsoon session of Parliament started with a ruckus on July 19 and since then the proceedings have been disrupted by the leaders of opposition parties over issues including the Pegasus spyware media reports, COVID-19 deaths and agricultural laws.
