Priyanka Gandhi to UP Govt: ‘I am Indira Gandhi’s granddaughter’

Congress General Secretary and leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra dared Uttar Pradesh’s government to take any serious actions against her. She shunned the UP government by saying that she is the granddaughter of former PM Indira Gandhi and the government should stop wasting its time trying to threaten her. On Friday, Gandhi tweeted in Hindi: “As a public servant my duty is towards the people of Uttar Pradesh and that duty is to bring the truth in front of them. Uttar Pradesh government is wasting its time in trying to threaten me. Take whatever action you want to, I will keep highlighting the truth. I am the granddaughter of Indira Gandhi, not an undeclared spokesperson of the BJP like some leaders”.
