Vande Bharat Mission: More than 800 stranded Indians brought back home on 4 flights

Under the Vande Bharat Mission, 833 stranded Indians returned on four repatriation flights on Monday, May 25. The Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri tweeted, “833 stranded Indian citizens return on four flights from Doha, San Francisco, Melbourne and Sydney to Delhi, Gaya, Kochi and Ahmedabad on May 25, 2020.” Earlier, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) had announced the extension of Vande Bharat Mission’s second phase till June 13.
