Unlock 4: Schools to open from September 21, Health Ministry releases SOP

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the schools have been closed for over 5 months now. For the reopening of schools, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) has issued the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in Unlock 4. Students and teachers living in the Containment Zone are not allowed to go to school. For now, the schools have been reopened for students of class 9th to 12th only. Only 50 percent of teaching and non-teaching staff has been allowed.
