PM Modi to hold a virtual bilateral summit with Sri Lankan counterpart

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be holding a virtual bilateral summit with Sri Lankan PM Mahinda Rajapaksa on September 26. On Wednesday, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) stated that during the summit, both the leaders will review the broad framework of the bilateral relationship between India and Sri Lanka. Discussion on anti-terror cooperation, boosting overall defense and trade ties as well as the implementation of India’s development projects in Sri Lanka will take place.
