On January 23, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Kolkata to address the ‘Parakram Diwas‘ program on the 125th birth anniversary of the great freedom fighter Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. The Prime Minister will also visit Jerenga Pathar in Sivasagar, Assam to distribute 1.06 lakh land lease / allotment certificates, according to PMO. Recently, the central government had announced to celebrate the leader’s birthday on 23 January as ‘Parakram Diwas’. The main event will be held in Kolkata, which will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Another grand event will be held in Bose’s birthplace Cuttack (Odisha), which will be attended by Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
