Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a customized crash course programme for COVID-19 frontline workers through video conferencing. He said that 1 lakh COVID-19 warriors will be prepared to deal with the pandemic through the crash course starting today. He hoped that the frontline workers would soon be ready to cooperate with the healthcare workers. The programme will be started in 111 training centers located in 26 states across the country under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana 3.0. This course will be completed in 2-3 months. The Union Minister for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Mahendra Nath Pandey was also present on the occasion of the launch.
