New COVID-19 Variant: Delhi government issues guidelines for those entering from AP and Telangana

All those people coming from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to Delhi will be quarantined for 14 days, as per Delhi Government‘s order. People coming from these states by airline / train / bus / car / truck or by any means will have to remain in institutional quarantine. The order has been issued by the government after the rapid spread of new ‘virulent’ Coronavirus variants in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. As per the order, the person coming to Delhi from these two states will have to show that he/she has taken both the doses of the vaccine or has a negative RT-PCR report, which is not more than 72 hours old. Any person who will violate these rules will be kept in the Government Institutional Quarantine for 7 days.
