Former Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) chief Anil Dhasmana has been appointed as the new chief of National Technical Research Organisation (NTRO). Dhasmana will serve the new position for two years. He will handle India’s technical body that monitors over geospatial intelligence and satellite imagery. Anil Dhasmana was appointed by a committee headed by PM Narendra Modi. Former RAW chief is a 1981-batch IPS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre and has served RAW for the last 23 years.
