Nirav Modi’s bail plea denied for the fifth time

The UK court has rejected fugitive Nirav Modi’s plea for bail on the basis of change in bail regulations. For the fifth time his plea was rejected by the High Court in London. Fugitive Indian diamond merchant, Nirav Modi, is ‘wanted’ by the InterPol for criminal conspiracy and money laundering cases. He was arrested in March, 2019 for his involvement in USD 2 billion Punjab National Bank fraud.
