Pakistan PM Imran Khan’s top aide Asim Bajwa resigns

On Thursday, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan‘s top assistant and advisor, Lieutenant General Asim Bajwa resigned from his position. Bajwa took this step after facing some serious allegations of corruption. He said he will continue to work as the chairman of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. Bajwa has been accused of collaborating with China for unaccounted wealth. Bajwa had also served as the spokesman of the Pakistan Army.
