North Korea has passed a shoot-to-kill order to prevent COVID-19 from entering the country. The commander of US forces in the South reported this information to media. North Korea‘s health system is already crumbling and it would struggle to cope with the deadly COVID-19 outbreak further. The country has closed all the borders that connected it to China to prevent the viral infection. In July, Korea had raised a maximum level of state of emergency for COVID-19 prevention.
