On Wednesday, US President Donald Trump said wearing masks amid pandemic is not effective than a COVID-19 vaccine. The statement came after Robert Redfield, director of US Centers for Disease Control earlier said that wearing a mask would be more effective than the COVID-19 vaccine. Trump stated, “I think he made a mistake when he said that. It’s just incorrect information.” He added, “As far as the masks are concerned, I hope that the vaccine is going to be a lot more beneficial than the masks.”
