Chinese troopers fire warning shots in air, India retaliates at the LAC

On Monday night, Chinese troopers tried to infiltrate the eastern Ladakh area along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) and fired warning shots in the air. The Indian Army retaliated back with firing in the air and failed the Chinese attempt. On Tuesday, the Chinese media accused that the Indian Army crossed the LAC and fired “warning shots” near the Pangong Tso in eastern Ladakh. They also claimed that the Indian Army violated a bilateral agreement between both countries.
