According to a PTI report, the mastermind of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, Hafiz Saeed has been sentenced to 10 years in jail in two terror cases by an anti-terrorist court of Pakistan. He is the chief of terrorist organizations, Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jamaat-ud-Dawa. Hafiz Saeed and some of his associates were sentenced to 11 years in prison in another terror-financing case in February. Saeed had planned the 2008 attack in Mumbai in which 166 people were killed and hundreds were injured by 10 terrorists. Saeed, a “global terrorist” declared by the United Nations and the United States, has a $10 million bounty on his head.
