Farmers from across the country are protesting against the agriculture reform laws in the national capital Delhi. The talks between the government and the farmers’ leaders ended on Tuesday without any result. On Thursday, another meeting will be held between the central government and the farmers. Ahead of the meeting, Home Minister Amit Shah and Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh will meet today at 9:30 am in Delhi. A fourth meeting is also scheduled between the government and farmers’ representatives to be held tomorrow. The farmers have said that the government should call a special session and repeal these laws, otherwise they will block the borders of Delhi.
