Uttarakhand CM to give financial relief for COVID-19 orphaned children

Amid the rise in COVID-19 cases in India, the virus is devouring people day by day. On Wednesday, Uttarakhand government has approved the Chief Minister Vatsalya Yojana for COVID-19 orphaned children. This relief aims to help those children whose kin died due to COVID-19 infection. According to sources, the CM Vatsalya Yojana will provide assistance of Rs.3,000 per month. Along with this, they will also provide free education, ration and health facilities, till the time they attain the age of 21.
