Mumbai: A tragic accident has taken place near Kudpan Dhangarwadi village in Raigad district. Varhad’s truck crashed into a 300-foot ravine. No casualties have been reported so far. At around 6.30 pm, the bridegroom’s truck was going from Ratnagiri to Poladpur. The accident took place at an accidental turn near Kudpan Dhangarwadi. Police have arrived at the spot. Due to the darkness, the rescue operation is facing difficulties. There are known to be 20 to 25 people in the truck. The injured have been rushed to primary health centers and rural hospitals for immediate treatment.
