On Tuesday, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has arrested 7 people from Punjab for supplying 5kg drugs in a bag in Mumbai. According to NCB officials, the 7 accused identified as Kamlesh Gupta, Amit Patel, Rajvinder Singh, Gurmit Singh, Noor Mohmmad Jumman, Shabir Usman Shaikh and Nizamuddin Ahmad Taza. NCB’s Zonal director Sameer Wankhede said, the operation was carried out by an agency in a gurudwara at Dadar. The team intercepted Gupta, Patel, Rajvinder and Gurmit Singh. The team allegedly recovered 2kg of charas and Rs.2.20 lakh in cash from the accused.
