Monsoon has lashed Mumbai with heavy rainfall in various places in the city, The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) had predicted moderate rainfall in Mumbai and its suburbs with heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places. Many places like Mahim have waterlogging issues. Currently, Mumbai has recorded a rainfall of 57.2 mm from Wednesday 5.30 pm to Thursday 5.30 pm, as per the IMD’s automatic weather station in Santacruz. The ANI news agency has shared some visuals of the waterlogged Mahim locality on the Twitter handle.
