The Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) has announced a 12-hour power cut in Pune on Saturday. The power cut will be at the city’s Boat Club Road and Dhole Patil Road. According to MSEDCL’s press release, the power cut will occur due to the replacement of the transformer and some minor repair work. They also said that the power will be resumed by 6 pm. The decision to replace the transformer was made on Saturday by keeping a view of student’s exams and offices working from home.
