For the first time in the history of Divyang cricket, Anpara’s Luv Verma has been selected in the team of Delhi Challengers in the Divyang Premier League (DPL) to be held in Dubai, Sharjah. The Divyang Cricket Control Board of India general secretary Haroon Rashid said that the DPL will be played from 8 April and the final will be played at the stadiums in Dubai and Sharjah till 15 April. A total of 6 teams have been selected by selecting 90 players from the country, which will be Delhi Challengers, Mumbai Ideal, Kolkata Knightfighters, Gujarat Hitters, Rajasthan Rajwada, Chennai Superstars. There will be a 2-day fitness camp in Agra on April 4, 5. DPL officials said that from next year the players will be bidding and there will be 10 Indian and 5 foreign players in each team with 8 teams.
