Khargone Collector Smt. Anugraha P organized a separate sit-in with various unions in the Swami Vivekananda Auditorium on Friday in view of the corona infection and lockdown. He is the head of the society, president of Milk Union, Pharmacies Association and Secretary, Petrol Pump Association, Merchants Association, Kirana Merchants Association, Vegetables, Fruits and Hand Carts Association, Mandi Traders Association, President and Secretary of Private Hospital, Hotel Confectioners Association / Caters The President and Secretary of the Private School Association and the Bus Operator Association discussed about the rising corona infection and their prevention in the district. Collector Smt. Anugraha informed that the lockdown will be effective in the entire district from 9 pm on Friday 19 April to 6 am on Monday. Regarding the restrictions, Additional Collector BS Solanki said that till April 19, restrictive orders of section 144 have been issued. During the meeting, celebrate Gangaur and Ramzan festival with family in their respective homes. On Gangaur festival, community events, Bhandare, Gangaur festival will be completely banned. There will be no group event anywhere in the district. Traffic of all passenger buses, small vehicle two-wheeler / four wheeler will be completely restricted during the lockdown period. All religious places will be completely banned during the lockdown period. Two people will be left for maintenance. A maximum of 20 people will be able to attend the funeral and a maximum of 50 people can attend the marriage. All commercial establishments will remain closed. All social, political, sports, educational, religious, entertainment functions and other gatherings will be banned. Spitting, drinking alcohol, drinking, gutkha in public places will be prohibited. * Government offices will remain open * Collector Smt. Anugraha informed that during the lockdown period, all government offices will be operational from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. Courts will also continue there. PSU / CISF / Bank, ATM / BSNL / NTPC etc. will be operational, but they will issue identity cards to their employees. Hospitals, blood bank ambulances, fire brigades etc. will be operational. All Anganwadis will remain completely closed, but Anganwadi workers will distribute nutritious food from door to door. Grain mandis will continue to earn food grains at support price. Government fair price shops will also be open and vaccinations will also continue. Additional Collector Shri Solanki said that section-144 has been implemented in the district. Action will be taken against the person who violated the order under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
