Kanpur: The villagers themselves built a 60-70 meter long bridge, the use of broken electric poles.

The people of Udayapur village of Kanpur united on the Rind river flowing next to the village and built a bridge over the river with their jugaad. The villagers say that the villagers had to cross this river to go to another village, but due to lack of bridges on the river, there was a lot of difficulty or the villagers had to go 15 km round. The villagers made many rounds back and forth from the administration to the public representatives, but no one solved their problems. Eventually they got together and solved it. The bridge is 60-70 meters long and one and a half meters wide, which can be easily accessed by bikers and villagers. To build this bridge, broken electric poles were buryed in the river with the help of tractor and hydra machine.
