Four day training started

Khargone The Commit (Comprehensive Online Modified Module for Induction Training) program has been prepared by the Department of Personnel and Training for government servants all over the country. Training is being conducted online under the direction of RCVP Naronha Administration and Managerial Academy in the state. The training consists of 15 modules such as Goal Setting, Time Management, Stress Management, Team Building, Leadership, Problem Solving and Decision Making Motivation, Communication, RTI and others. The objective of this training is to improve public service and promote citizen centricity. E-Governance District Manager Amit Verma said that this training is being done in the e-Daksha Kendra located at the Collector Office in the district. Training is being imparted here by Devesh Tripathi, Senior Instructor of e-Daksha Center. Training certificates will be provided by the Academy to all the students who complete all the 15 modules.
