After a big drop in COVID-19 cases in Delhi, the government decided to unlock the state with few restrictions from Monday. The state government has reopened all market shops, restaurants, and malls from 10 am and 8 pm. On Monday, many citizens stepped out for malls and restaurants cautiously nearly after two months. According to issued guidelines for Unlock 3, all shops and restaurants in malls were allowed to run from 10 am to 8 pm. The restaurants will be allowed to operate dine-in with 50% seating capacity to ensure social distancing.
