In Jammu and Kashmir’s Shopian district, terrorists attacked a joint party of CRPF personnel on Friday. According to sources, the militants opened fire for about five minutes and then fled from the spot. There is currently no information about any loss of life in this attack. Police officials said that the terrorists carried out the attack from an ambush. After which, the security forces retaliated and opened fire from their side. Meanwhile, additional security force units of SOG, Army, and CRPF also reached the spot. Currently, security forces have cordoned off the entire area and the search operation is underway.
