Mumbai : A meeting was held in Mumbai with the Maratha community and the Cabinet regarding various demands of the Maratha community. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, Ashok Chavan, Dilip Walse-Patil, Eknath Shinde, Balasaheb Thorat and MP Sambhaji Raje were present at the meeting. Today’s meeting mainly discussed two major demands. In this, all the scholars of the Maratha community explained to the Chief Minister how we can give more seats without affecting the basic structure of reservation of others in a super numerical manner, said Sambhaji Raje. The Maratha reservation scholars gave detailed information to the Chief Minister on how to increase the number of places in education and jobs for the Maratha community in a super numerical manner. The Chief Minister and the Cabinet are very positive about this, informed Sambhaji Raje.
