In Gayatri Tapobhumi of Sumerpur town, Chhath Mahaparva was concluded by offering Arghya to the rising sun in the morning. On this occasion, a huge crowd gathered at the Gayatri Ganga Ghat. Vratis traditionally offered prayers to the sun god with rituals after bathing meditation. The residents of Bihar province, more than half a hundred living in the town, gathered at the religious site Gayatri Tapobhoomi and performed the traditions of Chhath Mahaparva. After the bathing etc. in the Gayatri Ganga Ghat of the croreran drain flowing through the Gayatri Tapobhoomi, the fasting people worshiped Lord Surya Dev and worshiped according to the Vidhan Vidhi in the traditional manner and passed the fast. With this tradition, Chhath Mahaparva lasting 4 days came to an end. With this, Nirjala fast, which lasted for 36 hours, also ended.
