The bodies of three missing persons were removed on Monday after the boat capsized in the Ganges in front of Varanasi, Bhadaini Ghat. One has been identified as Vishal Singh, a resident of Laxmanpur in Shivpur. The two bodies belong to Junaid and Shahnawaz, residents of Bajardiha. The body of Abhishek Maurya, the fourth youth immersed in the Ganges, was also removed late at night. Till Sunday night, two people were reported missing, but after one body was found, it was found that four people were drowned. Eleven people were drowned in the Ganga at Bhadaini Ghat on Sunday evening after the boat capsized. In this, 7 people were somehow evacuated with the help of divers. As of Sunday evening, only two people were reported missing. Rescue campaign went on till 12 o’clock at night. After this it was stopped. At six o’clock on Monday morning, the NDRF and a team of divers carried out a search operation.
